My Story
I received the Structural Integration 11-series sometime after birthing my first child. This collaborative bodywork helped me foster a healthy relationship with myself. It was a vulnerable time for me, and on top of that, I felt nervous and selfish to be spending so much money on myself. As I progressed through the Series, I realized that I was not only receiving an amazing experience, but I was investing in my long-term wellness. It was not just about me—this work helped me to be the mom and wife and friend I wanted to be.
